Looks like there might be the opportunity for a Swan River DWer, Wednesday or Thursday.
I've got both days off so am keen if anyone else is?

I'll b keen but don't finish till 3 so prob wouldn't b able to be on water till 4 at earliest.

We're doing a DW on Thurs at 5:30am from Melville to Narrows. Should be epic!

Wouldn't Freshy Yacht club to SPYC would be a better run for that breeze?

Just did a 20 k DW in garage did not get any runners and didn't fall off too

40 knts coming that's windy

I think we might have to keep an open mind and see what happens with the wind but I was thinking somewhere from Freshy, Mosman to Narrows or SPYC depending on wind direction for tomorrow.
Arvo works ok for me on both days hopefully meet/finish around the corner at the narrows out of the wind because it could be a little wild.
Lets see how the weather pans out and chat tomorrow.

I know it's still got some north in it but is every one still keen? It's still predicted to go west round 3/4ish.

As long as it does go around west I will still be keen.

Currently smashing out meters at a job overlooking Leighton, you should see the runners coming through, would love to get dropped out to sea and paddle in, gusting over 50 kts at rotto.

Kent I hope that was hands free O forgot that's Perth traffic it will be a parking lot on that freeway
Just left floreat man there's some swell down there and wind that low pressure systems looks like a cyclone

Just did freshwater to ardoss. 2nd best run this year. Only prob was it ended too soon.

I'm looking at doing Pt Walter to SPYC. Straight run, no cross wind, no paddling on one side. A quick one but should be a good one. Possibility of doing 2 runs if there are enough people and time. Meeting SPYC at 5:30, anyone keen?
