See you all up here

Come on post some results!!
Please prove me wrong but it looks like same as last year

Totally agree with Rahams here for the last 4 years or since the NFOS has been doing the distance race turn to 5km M Shape course no results have been posted. I don't think it is the sponsors or the person who sets the course fault more the NFOS organisers as this is a side event to draw in more money.
Like what 62 Mac says if you don't like it start your own event up. Good on Sunshine Coast for taking the initiative to set up a stand alone race.
In regards the the run that has been set for the last couple of years - train for it. This is not a Battle of the Paddle it is the NFOS 5Km Race - it is part of the race. I am sure your trainers can help program in some running to simulate a race formate. The Course setters can't help it when the tide goes out and paddlers decide to get of there boards at the point rather than catching a wave right into the beach. First point has been change conditions for the last couple of weeks with the increase of sand at the point it makes for ever changing wave conditions.
Peasey had the right Idea no complaints from him. Just dealing with what was set out!!
BRING IT!!
