No I wish its Mike's (Auswind).

We did the Finn Kayak Challenge today, we might as well have done the doctor as we missed the 11km turning point and ended up doing the 18km paddle.

Only got to paddle the New for a little bit but initial thoughts are:
1) has a very good and maintained glide; and
2) definitely only a flat water board, too tippy for any choppy conditions, but still a not too tippy to make it an effort to paddle.

Very sore tonight.

Oh yes, that's the one. I assume Mike has the 25" rather than the 23". Is the Sport Tech Pin in the background yours? How did they compare head to head?

As for questions of the New and a downwinder, I suggest it would be easier to take up diving and cut out the middle man.
