I breathed a sigh of relief every time I saw you hit the beach.

Every time I crawled up the beach after a pass the Life Guards had a chuckle....watching me get washed through the impact zone.The worst part was twice I drifted through the competitors they called a hold , trying to swim against a 6 knot current with a 5kg camera in one hand was absolute agony.

hay piros i got pumped and dragged to the river mouth in that repocharge heat
gave up fighting it after i jumped off my board to go under the 100th wave in the shorey and ended up spearing my head into the bottom then turned around and limped in
walked back to the competitors tent to be greated by woogie dancing an irish jig and laughing solidly.....................lol....................

Yeah Ralf I was there for the repocharge Woogie was walking around with a Voodoo Doll with a red helmet with pins sticking out of it.
