I also would like to congratulate all the competitors on a job well done, just finishing a race of that distance in those conditions deserves more than a pat on the back. Most of all though I'd like to thank Woogie for not only making that 6 wins from 6 starts on the Penetrator and his important role in the boards creation or for his dedication to paddle sports in general but for being a champion bloke and good friend. Lets just hope that one day the wind dude co-operates with a race that's at least fun!!!!!
Great effort guys ....sounds bloody tuff glad I missed it my memories are still fresh from the seaway to seaway race when paddled into a head wind.I really was'nt keen to do it again.
When are we going to get a smoking downwinder so we can see what these boards can really do.

Nothing in the R&D dept.at Gopro other than the in board surf mounts that i know of Simon, except maybe a medium wide angle of around 90 - 120 degrees was spoken about.
