I saw a Plume Kart in the flesh on Saturday. It was a seriously nice bit of kit, beautifully made with a great looking rig. There was almost no wind and the Plume was the only thing moving on the beach.
The whole thing looked like a real step forward from the Blokarts that were gathered around it. Makes me wonder when it may be time for Blokart to come up with something new - there must be many keen karters wanting to move on to something a bit faster/bigger/newer etc.?
I wouldn't think that Blokart will branch out in other models, they have a proven and successful yacht that certainly has changed the sport for the better. They wouldn't produce something that competes with their own product. When people move up the speed tree they tend to move to Class5 or variations of it.
