Is it from Australian Land Yachting Federation....ie genuine ?

or is it just some mungbean upgrading his statis,,,,,,,,,,

Upon going to the site and clicking on the photo on the right one will see two fellows wearing "Adelaide Landyacht Club" T shirts.

Holding out an "Olive Branch"?????

Yes there is a website for the ALYF but why is it registered with an anonymous web hosting site.... in CANADA !!!!!!



Nice one, are ALYF trying to hide it's identity already good start, how about using an Australian web host site considering there are many on offer.

Don't add fuel to the fire guys. Things will sort them selves out in the end. This is exactly the response they where hopping for.
Remember this site is for the benefit of land yachting and to help people get started in sailing/building yachts and as far as I can see has been extremely successful in doing so, with people from all over the world joining the site.
So lets focus on the positives and not the negatives that can ruin a good day

Joe, I can't give any info that admins only can get to, but I can say you're definitely wrong.

what about sewing ,or fibreglassing,or furniture making,glassblowing...........

If he's built his own rigs, he has used sewing, fiberglassing, and furniture building skills for seats and sails already! If he adds glassblowing, he can make his own goggles....

it's all very sad reallyand sad for land sailing in this great country of ours but i'm proud to be a misfitso i guess that cancells out all the negatives

Have a homebuilt kayak type thing going at the moment. Using all my fibreglass and spare time on it, although its good practice for the important projects You know like how book cases appear to be good warm up to a sarcophagus

Here, here Cisco and Vic, I suggested letting this thread Dry Up and Blow Away as our Purp's have gotten there way..
When I was younger and a member of the Armed Forces we had a couple of blokes in the Barracks Room next door who would argue about anything at all up too and including the sex of two fly's on the wall. Their arguments in the early stages became a Damned Pain but after awhile we would go start another one Just For the Hell of it..
it was a Good S**t Stir. These guys have been given their way AGAIN
