Hey my poor little hilux will struggle in the soft stuff if you end up with all your junk in there to.

I was thinking just me and jacks gear would be about just right

I also rang up the park today and asked if I can take a keg fire place
SHe said not likely as they are in a national park area.

But I explained it has legs, leaves no mess and wont burn the grass, a bit like a pot belly stove really so she is asking tomorrow if we can bring it up.
I did forget to tell her the flames go three foot out the chimny though

i just got a call from lani`s, they will hold the last site till 10am thursday for us,

SO BOOK NOW !!!!!!!!!!!

they are full after this site goes & she wants to have it booked,

make sure you do it by 10 am or you will regret it for the rest of your kiting career !!!!!!!!!

ric, hols & i are the other sites with people staying on ours,

is it just me or does the hippy on the woolworths add remind you of lach??? the pants & shirt remind me of lach kiting at nobys a few years ago !!!

Sorry for slow reply. I booked a site. I'm paying 30 a night so I assume I have a site to myself... just me and my double swag... (and no that isn't an invite for someone to join me in the swag... unless... Naaa!!) JUST means that i'm sure any late joiners can grab the site with me :-)

hahahaha i have a few wakeboards, lifejackets wakeskates etc. if you want me to bring them? not sure if i will have any life jackets to fit yous(minus jess and holly) but.... haha joking

Haha I'd much prefer to borrow ur two piece 9m... But if u dnt trust me not damaging it I spose the 14 2 liner will hav to do :-p

yea rick im pretty sure im coming i dont think family is coming although they might just come up for a day or something but dont know.. not sure how im getting there yet. the channel was good but a little gusty but it was ok. spent alot of the time crashing but with the slider on the sand russel duncan came up for a little bit but we didnt see him much cause he just goes exploring all the time. (i swear he just sees how far away he can get). how was the yucky muddy cold itchy weedy water at squids?

the two piece is going better than ever and very trusty, only ever let me down the once

Oh i've just seen this!! Me & a couple of friends were thinking of going camping Old Bar this weekend but I haven't booked yet. Better call the park and see. Would you guys mind some blow-ins?

But yep best ring and check if park has another site left.
Don't forget to let them know you are with the "darren fullerton" or "kite group"

If they haven't got a site, depending on what you are sleeping in (how big it is) we may be able to fit you in as we have at least three sites grouped together between us that I know of

I've booked Friday Sat Sunday nights unpowered..... I am gonna try and swing the Friday off work because otherwise there is guaranteed t be wind on the Friday arvo. What else should i bring apart from tent, food, kite gear, fishing rods.... beer and more beeer.
