Latest Forecast is looking epic !!! Frontal and stormy wsw and sw around 20 knots....could be very interesting !

For all the competitors a cold and wet day on the beach, but with wind.

And for the spectators- when they need it there is the sanctity of a nice warm bar......

wsw could be very onshore. there is a nice little lagoon that fills up on the incoming tide which gives good flat water....similar to Whyalla

Just a quick one to remind all of you to get down to Grange for the State Titles, register online or at the beach on the day. Comp briefing is at 1200 sharp and the riding will start soon after, if you fail to register or sign up by then you may miss your heat....

All the heat info will be displayed at the beach by the SAKSA tents by the end of the briefing.

What is with the last chance qualifying on Sunday?

Does that mean if we cant make it Saturday that we can still ride on Sunday?

We are working out a second chance draw, that way if you lose a heat in the first couple of rounds you will get to ride again. It's like an early round double elimination system. Still in the process of working it all out, its a numbers thing.
