As I offered earlier give my kite a go man, Epic Screamer 10m Ltd, sounds exactly what you want, and less pressure then most (similar to c4). Only once you trim kite on centers 10+ cm AND fully trim using the strap will it be unresponsive. It will keep you on your toes though!!

its not exactly depower, as in depower strap, and windrange.
im talking how the kites power is effected through the range of letting the bar out, some kites have a small range where the range of bar throw has no effect on the kite.
old kites usually have a really short range, the current torch seems the same yet the depower range is so long and pointless, you let the bar out and around 30cm up the lines are completly slack and do nothing.
im after a kite that has a decent range where the kite can still be steered correctly and the kite doesnt continue to be full power even when the bar is out.
yes it kinda sounds like im after a beginer kite, but there are kites out there that suit me, c4 is good but i want to wait to try the vegas.
