And eat more bananas or pie or whatever they have in queensland. 40knots, water temp sub 10deg and only 12deg air temp and I was toasty in some fancy new smooth skin thing I just got. No boots or gloves. You could go the drysuit option but I'm sure you'd get laughed out of the state.
