Put yourself in their shoes...Many of us leave our sunny shores to broaden our experiences overseas. Its something that everyone should do to change their perspective on things.
Same goes for our hobbies. As you get better you want to do them at the mecca of the sport.
As far as kiting goes we dont really need to go anywhere but go check out the moutains in North America, Europe or Japan - they are overun by aussies. Why do they go there? Because its among the best places in the world to hit the snow and Australia is pretty much crap.
Same goes in surfing, all the best breaks overseas are littered with aussies and we have some of the best here!
Compare Perth to Europe for kiting. Perth shizzles on the euro scene. I know if I was a euro I would want to come here too...and would! I would know my place but still want be treated with some respect.
Your lucky enough you only have to get mum or dad to drive you to woodies...Geez, they probably saved for half a year to come over, take that hell flight to get here...You would wanna make the most of it and just enjoy yourself.
Like said above they are generally a really easy going fun bunch with great personalities. As long as they treat the locations with respect & show the etiquette required, well all's good.
You simply have to accept this what comes with living at the one of the meccas of the sport - its going to get crowded.
Im sure when your old enough to leave home (or know better) you will want to venture overseas and expect the locals over there to treat you with some kind of respect. At least you will come back with some attitude adjustment.
Its time to burst your Perth bubble.
Anyways, havent you got some homework to do?

...and I'll quit philosophising
