Yep first decent seebreeze and I dropped it in the surf and blew the leading edge

4 min into a session this afternoon, half the pulleys on my bridle imploded, self- rescue, swim in, untangle the mess, all the while the wind is picking up and I could go one on a smaller kite, by the time I sort my mess out it's time to pack up and go to work. Not happy. At least there is lots of green on the graph for tomorrow, will just take a smaller kite.

had to ditch my kit 3 times @ trigg in the dumping surf, followed by 3 long exhausted runs down the beach yew, barrel roll downloop air's off the lip yeeeew

haha! yeah man... we kept going till we ran out of wax too!

Swell was huge yesterday, some scary drops and everybody got worked..

Be so stoked if it gets past 20 knots today...

Yippee, there's wind and I've got my daughter this weekend. Hope everyone blows the cobwebs off and has a great session. I''d like to go down and have a look but the green eyed monster will probably rear its ugly head

Yes very busy today - the Pond was Mahem with a few tangles, could hardly tell with all the kites whos comin or goin...

How many kites in the pond?

I went on a Friday about 4 weeks ago and scored 3 others out, ended up being a great secession on marginal winds. On a weekend I wouldn't really bother with epic wind. I find the amount of kiters disheartening to say the least.

On a positive note, great spot to go watch awesome kiting in one location.

I take it you didn't wrap any swimmers up with your lines luckily.

no im considerate and kite where there are no swimmers/surfers unlike the vast majority of kiters i have seen, especially what looked to be a very experienced kiter go downwind through a 'surf school' litrially feet away from them

Sweet mutha of gawd!! Summer is finally here!

2 awesome sesh's over the weekend on Sat/Sun and haven't had that much fun since the 3-some with those Swedish twins! (At least I wasn't dreaming this time )

Even got my seldom used 7m out. LOVE that kite.

Rode into the salt mines straight into the Easterly and man my legs were burning!

Hangin for some mor cranking winds on the weekend!
