technically its a hooked in kiteloop to unhook HP which Aaron does, which correct me if im wrong but doing that all unhooked used to be called an L3 ? so all he's doing is a big version of that...but half hooked in...I call PEN15
Firstly, there is nothing that says a hooked in kiteloop has to be called a hooked in kiteloop. On the contrary, the unhooked loop is called a unhooked loop, much the same as a backroll is still a backroll and a unhooked backroll is called a unhooked backroll. No matter what you believe, kiting doesn't revolve around wakeboarding. I think all the wake obsessed kiters sound like people who couldn't afford their malibu's or mastercrafts so they got into kiting so they could still fuel their obsession on the cheap and now they're bitter about it.
But to answer your question, no, I mean he unspins the bar so the lines aren't crossed while he is still in the air, not a handle pass. If wakeboarders can call trick names for tweaking legs then kiteboarders can call names for spinning the bar.
