Here you go men. Thats my head wound from kiting. I got lofted into a fence. the kite lines twisted around a fence post sent the kite into the power zone and powered the shiit out the kite. the 100mm fence post snapped like a carrot and smashed me in the forehead.

I blood was spurting out my head like a cheap spatter movie... then i started getting electric shocks... i'd landed in an electric fence??!

Funny thing is i was wearing a helmet.The post impacted me so hard it squashed the helmet foam flat and the helmet plastic split my head open.

Imagine what would of happened had i not been wearing a helmet.!

Right. And why is it always stories like yours, that just make it a little more realistic - wearing a helmet in extreme sports is a GOOD IDEA.

Lot's of things can happen for everybody. Imagine a different scenario:

Since everybody got rid of board leashes there will be an ton of boards shooting out of the white water.
Guess who will get hit first - the guy without a helmet.
IT IS NOT ABOUT FASHION AND MIGHT LOOK UNCOOL, but it is smartest WITH A HELMET.

Bahahaha. I found a little surf spot south of trigg point the other day.
Barely used footprints and it was as fat as ever but doable.
I almost went out but realized I have responsibilities. I mean who will water my lawn if I'm not there.
Im sure there are heaps of lawn mowers that way to help cut it but no it wont grow without water will it??
If I had a helmet I would have been out there for sure.
But who would be that crazy to take that risk. I mean what about the lawn! Everyone forgets about the lawn!!

LOL, damn that's funny. What about bin day, who will take the bin out! What about the stupid husbands ya missues makes you talk you, because she wants to hang out with her friend so the kids can play, what about the verbal barrage you have to encounter and seem interested every day from ya wife when you walk in...who is going to listen to all the whinging women in the world. Right that's it, I'm getting me a farqen metal mother farqer helmet.

and you landed on an electric fence, please don't think bad of me, but I nearly just pissed myself laughing, damn was bad enough you actually hit the fence - and it was electric....am I just a sick bastard or does anyone else find this image amusing.

Please, please, not taking away from the horrific injury you had sustained and your point about wearing a helmet - I took all that in.......
