I reckon the Naish Fly would work well in 'Bali' winds and being lower aspect would work well in the waves too, if thats your thing.

I'm more of a flat water rider at the moment but would like to get into riding waves. I like the reviews of the Fly. And I really like my Naish Park.
... I'm a big believer in sticking with the same brand of kite throughout your quiver, mainly because you get a similar flying feel, same bar possibly swapable between all sizes and similar power delivery, which seems to follow through all models in a brand.
As you see by the pics, Bali or rather Sanur has alot of flat water and really nice easy waves you can try without any baptism of fire.
