Ahhhhh,.. So this is the fabled "Elderly Control Centre"
I knew it existed somewhere and my bet is, this is it!.
For those that don't know, it's the place where they control the deployment of the slow, befuddled and elderly so that they can get in your way at the most critical and inconvenient moment.
They have cameras set up all over the place to detect when people are in a hurry and rushing to do something important.
When they find such a situation, they radio through to their field agents who shuffle in on their zither frames and get to the ticket machine just in front of you, and then fossic through their purse/ wallet/ pockets for the right money/ train ticket or whatever, while you stand there behind them and watch your train pull out of the station, or your car cops a parking ticket, or, or, or, the dozen other things which you thought you could avoid if you could just nip in and do what you need to at a normal pace.
You can see in the screens that the critical areas where lots of people are in a hurry come up in red. They are the areas they concentrate on.
The areas of a less critical nature come up in yellows.
Areas where noone is detected in a hurry come up in green.
Mr. Tightlines,.. SHAME ON YOU!!!
