Here's an alternative story.

Far from projecting strength, Trump's actions are a sign of the fundamental weakness of his administration.

Trump's mandate is wafer thin, he won the popular vote, but the margin of 1.48% is the lowest for a winning candidate for over 50 years. He entered office with approval ratings lower than any other president in US history - 47% - ten points lower than Joe Biden when he took office in 2021.

We conveniently ignore that Trump fell asleep during his New York trial, and also he and his mate Epstien did more than sniff under age girls. No story there?

Who's ignoring this? Unlike corrupt sleepy Joe, Trump wasn't on the job as POTUS when he allegedly did it those things you mention.

Perhaps he fell asleep during his trial because the prosecution was talking a load of puffed-up stifling hot air.

Are you going to apply the same rigorous blow torch to Bill Gates, who was a much closer confidant and friend of Epstein? Perhaps the reason Melinda Gates left him.

So I'm pleased we both agree about sleepy Donald, and pedo Donald.

I don't agree with your claim that he's a pedo, but I do think Trump is an untra-Zionist New York property mafia figure, selected and contracted to help further destroy the American Republic and marginalise the American commonwealth.

Edit for the edit-sensitive: He's currently criminalising free speech on selected subjects, in direct contradiction of his election platform and the Constitution.

USDebtClock.org adds D.O.G.E. savings counter. Amusing and disturbing at the same time.

What could possibly go wrong? I just posted on the Funny Images thread. My effort may not be funny, but I get the feeling that the Funny Images thread has been a victim of the Steve Bannon playbook, that is, ."...flood the zone with ****."
Could we have some sort of DMZ in the Funny ImagesThread (FIT)? I get that it is hard to determine what is universally funny, but compared to its early years, the FIT is a shadow of its former self.

MORNING TEA
AT THE BUREAU OF METEOROLOGY

Was funny, and a bit of snoidberg is pretty good value, but yeah agree. Far better places to push these political unfunny agendas that some morons have.

For me its not too much bother. I just sit back with my cheap aldi bubbly and blame the odious SkodaOne for all the problems here. While I wait in hope for a cheap solution to my whipper snipper issue.

For sure there is still some good stuff, it's just not as common as it used to be.
Maybe it's just me get old and grumpy.

The good news is Remery is free. He can take on some of the heavy lifting when it comes to dealing with our new stinky brother p&l
