Gives us another place apart from wind sports to go for a laugh....if we choose to.

I used to come to this site a lot. Became less frequent when all the countless rubbish threads kept popping up about 'crop circles' and 'chem trails'.
Would be very cool to have a sub forum for all the "enlightened" people to chat to each other...Less B.S and more fun.

Yes I'm hearing you DawnPatrol & BWD - it does get somewhat tedious that 3 or 4 free thinking intellectuals continually sprout this "earth is flat" sh1te.

PS -I was bemused that no one ever cottoned on that the "Never ending story" thread ended, but have just realised it was reincarnated in the guise of these conspiracy threads.

Are you one of those people who buys the Brisbane Times or some other such rubbish? When reading it do you read it from front to back taking in all the advice on baby care and potting geraniums?

Or do you excersise choice and ignore the things you are not interested in?

You could make a complete wally of yourself and write in to complain that what they are printing has no relevance to you and you would rather it were not there. Of course you are too intelligent for that, are you not?

It may also occur to you that there are people around who write stuff just in order to get a reaction.

If there are they sure get a result

Agree with doggie. I could choose to ignore the poison thread and that was fine. But the problem began when all that rubbish was posted everywhere. It got to a point where just about EVERY thread had that stuff in it.
