Opinion of the article written as being helpful informative? did it lack anything? I wrote an article refering to general off grid but part of its implementation requires economic values that to this recent date were considered out of reach or uncompetitive against the grid .
Most certainly decided when a factor of great signifigance has changed such as affordability and viability of personal implementation and acquirement.
