How many of you coffee snobs eat chocolate? The raw type, not the adulterated sugar laden milk type, but the raw product?

Lindt make a good 99% cocoa block. Unfortunately it is hard to track down in the usual supermarkets, so I have to grab a stash whenever I am passing the Martin Place cafe.

Use the plain text editor for strikethrough

Thanks! Using that I've figured out that square brackets around "s" and "/s" works as well, roll your own. I'd tried "str" and "strike" etc, missed the obvious.

In reply to Harrow...

Is that place like a tourist attraction now?

I like 85% dark, I haven't tried above that but I will one day..

You are not missing much. I sat through a demo of how to turn the raw beans into chocolate, and I didn't like it. Add sugar and milk and make it good.

My fuzzy memory is telling me it was quite bitter and makes me wonder how someone made the leap from 'that' to milk chocolate.
