You would be too busy wouldn't you? Doing all that campaigning about Palestine and the injustices there?

How do you find all that time to whinge about all these issues on Seabreeze as well as doing actual work behind the scenes to help these people out? Oh, you are one of those people... all talk, no action.

What's going to be the next outrage you get onboard with without actually doing anything?

Maybe you should self-identify as something different each week?

Those angry pills you are on seem to be working. Maybe stick to what your doctor prescribed, rather than scoffing down the whole bottle and cutting loose on STB.

You seem to spend all your time deflecting. I said that sometimes you do need to prove you are aboriginal. Instead of looking it up and accepting the truth, you run away like a child.

You also twice said that you are as racist as I am intelligent.

I then provided clear evidence of my MENSA membership and now you are in denial of your hatred of the disabled, homosexuals and immigrants.

Just accept the fact that you are a rabid odious racist.

I wish I learnt more about them and their culture at school. More interesting and relevant than learning about what Oliver Cromwell got up to in England in 1600.

Maoris had the one king, the one language and they were the one culture.
Aboriginals had over 250 different languages.
There wasnt any trade. They did swap women with neighboring groups (some) as they knew about inbreeding. But in other areas running into other tribes meant fights to the death or worse. Some tribes even ate the others or beheaded the mainlanders (torres strait). Theres no 1 aboriginal culture or language to study. Look at the uniqueness of bradshaw paintings. Tiwi islanders didnt know what a digerido was. The people of the tip of cap york completely different to the nearby islanders. Completely different to the tribes further south, even in appearance. There was no written language so all there is is what the odd curious colonialist bothered to observe in between shooten em. The accounts of james murrill is one of the most interesting. Shipwreck survivor lived with them for 17 years. Wrote a short account. If u google u can find.

I think even the Maori were an interesting group. Supposedly they wiped out the Moriori and displaced them on the Chatham islands. I think it was an event where a peaceful tribe that had worked out how to live in a small area was easily overtaken by a group that just wanted to kill and take over.

I guess that's the nature of humanity. Just because something is peaceful doesn't mean it will survive.

See, this is where the middle-east conflict is doomed to keep going. Each side thinks up issues that may have happened in the past, manufacture a history that makes them feel like they are the victims, and each side keeps attacking the other. Facts get left by the wayside. Someone's ego gets in the way, and then they tell everyone they are the victims when Israel responds. Then someone else steps in to defend the people that kicked off the fight and then people are left wondering 'what happened?'.

Like this guy. He has been suspended twice and still hasn't learned when to reign it in and act like an adult:

but no, once is not enough

when will there ever be peace in the middle east?

I think you might have gotten that wrong. When you take a close look you can see it may actually be a valid certificate for myscreenname. They look very similar, but no, the score appears to be consistent.

Yes. He also has a shill account called KiteBoyDave. He seems to drag that one out when he wants to argue with himself. Maybe he green-thumbs himself too, I don't know. There is/was another user called KiteBoy Dave (with a space in the name), so I expect this shill account was created to be a bit similar, or maybe it was his first go at it?

Why people get banned and then start another account and then get banned again I don't know. You would think you would learn after one...?

We could start a list of Adriano's usernames but I think we would run out of space. He doesn't seem to post here anymore though.

I haven't seen Carantoc's posts since I started filtering him, but I don't think he has another account.

The minimum accepted score on the Stanford-Binet is 132, while for the Cattell it is 148, and 130 in the Wechsler tests (WAIS, WISC).

Oh yeah, let's quibble about the minimum score required on a Mensa test. That's important to the conversation about how smart you really are. Its not like its clear that you just added your username to an image or anything

We will ignore that your realname is probably not myscreenname. It could be real. It could have been your previous name, who knows?

You know what, I am starting to think that that certificate is a real one.... yeah, that's it.

Oh good, you finally appreciate me. I feel blessed.

It's not easy to admit, especially as I really can't ever see myself using the word 'odious' in real life. It would feel so strange and just not right. I would have to use a different word I think. My vocab is not that good and I never went to a private school.

Racist? Well I don't like some people, and you could argue that all of them are in one race or another, but not a specific one. None of them are race-less, although maybe you could argue they are, because if you are half asian and half-caucasian, what does that make you?. Sort of like if you had say one half aboriginal background and one half Scottish. What race would that put you in? I think the hating is more because they are arseholes. What race are you again?

Pig? Well, I am not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing... I like chocolate and have been known to pigout on that. I also find some food so good that I eat far more than I need to. Yes, I think I can classify myself as a pig.

Why hasn't KiteBoyDave added his two cents? Surely you could make out that he is aboriginal and is suffering PTSD because of these hurtful comments?

Can you add sexist as well? Misogynistic? I don't hate women and I don't think I am sexist, but maybe it would make you feel better if you added that one anyway? yeah, go on.

FN, have a snickers or something. Chillax dude.

You are starting to sound like that fellow Bonomininator or whatever his name was. And you know what happened to him.

He just couldn't handle the humiliating pressure of being wrong. These very forums sent him mad, completely lost it, went full-doolaly.

Lighten up, learn like Carantoc did. It don't matter how much you argue myscreenname was probably right. Just accept it. Chomp down on that humble pie and move on.

nom-nom-nom. Stick some extra sugar on it and it ain't too bad.

Is b) not the similie ?
surely a) has a completely different meaning and little context to the orginal comment ?

What year was that? Can you provide a specific post that states this and who was eligible to vote? Alternatively can you obtain a statutory declaration or an averdavif from Laurie to back up this claim?

Or is this more unsubstantiated 'hearsay'?

2013
Any forum member who had at least 5 "contributing"posts at the date the election was called was eligible to vote. Voting was not compulsory. The voting was a simple first-past-the-post system

Finalists were :
a) beLIEve
b) holy-guacamole
c) suppository of all wisdom

The winner was declared to be a) beLIEve by virtue of it receiving the most votes. The vote count was;

a) beLIEve - 1
b) holy-guacamole - 0
c) suppository of all wisdom - disqualified due to it not being a considered a word

How exactly did the voting system work? I've never seen a voting option since I became a member in 2020. Formula Nova has been here a long time, can he verify word of the year in 2013?

For how many years did 'seabreeze 'word of the year' vote operate, what were these words?

Can you list the year and the word in chronological order please?

This is important, as I am planning on writing a documentary series on the 30 year history of Seabreeze for Stan.
