bag of whole apples,[for b17] bag of whole pears,1 melon,6 kiwi-fruit, 2 large pineapples,4 lemons,4 grapefuit,6 oranges and lastly 3 limes.

makes around 6 litres, i turn fridge to coldest ,it lasts around 4/5 days without going off.

It took me 20 years to realise that what she was pushing for was the freedom of choice.

See, this old lady had lived through many years of battling for freedom of choice, and battled for it because she had lived through era's of lack of choice, and knew what a huge struggle it had been to achieve that freedom.

Moreover she realised what a huge step every fight won was toward ultimate freedom and peace, possibly true spirituality

It appears that the "Conspiracy Theorist Denialists" will only believe something to be true if they see it on mainstream media.

So here we have petermac posting a vid of mainstream media saying that flouridisation of our water is detrimental to our health and there is a bunch of you chucking off at him and the Doc saying that they are off on their "Conspiracy Theory Tangents" again.

I have to question your logic blokes and suggest that the flouride has seriously adled your brains.

You should install rain water tanks immediately and only drink that water after you have fine filtered it.

If you can't afford to do that, head on down to your local and get suckmore. The alcohol, hops and yeast should counteract the effects of the flouride and the side benefit is that you will keep your fluid levels up.

anyone up for a bit of lithium in the tap water. 'they are looking into it.'
