The legendary John Mayall and the Blues Breakers. They have been around forever but this is recent and features Mick Taylor ex Rolling Stones.



What a find this is. The complete Woodstock Movie. This is three and a half hours of some of the best music that ever happpened.

I'm going on a road trip from L.A along the coast road through the Big Sur to San Francisco and the Napa valley in a convertible mustang in a couple of weeks so this has influenced my choice tonight:



I was really looking for the Al Green version of this great song but couldn't find it. I posted the original, but this version is great too.

I'm not sure if it's by Queen Latifah or Dana Adams. Great cover all the same.

Hey Adolf I did something similar many years ago and one of the HIGHLIGHTS was Hearst Castle which is about half way between LA and SF on the coast.

Well worth the visit to see how "The Movers and Shakers" of the early part of last century lived. You may have heard of it (or been) but if not Google is your friend if you are interested......

I have travelled over 8,500kms in the last 2 weeks moving house to Exmouth,
Last trip coming up in a couple of days and I cant wait to get on the road again!!!!

this is one of the better covers of this song adolf, along with 110th street!
although i have found that if you are going to do a fear and loathing style drive.
you better get a copy of leftism by leftfield , drove from broome to carnarvon once with this on "high" rotation....never gets old!
