Feel for you landy - we had a similiar experience 8 years of a drug dealer across the street - cops knew and did nothing - we should have known when the day we moved in some runt (not the dealer)coming out of the house walked up to me on the footpath asking what I was looking at (top of your head shortarse) and was I going to call DOCS (no - but dont do anything to your kids mate), but we were naive
Over the years we tolerated a lot....semi's pulling up leaving motors running whilst they picked up their gear at 2 am...domestics with the various things he cohabitated with...working girls using his house....finally he bit of a bit more than he could chew and in a short space of time his shed was firebombed and then he simply disappeared.
When his family (who owned the place) came to tidy it up to sell - you could see relief on their faces....i felt sorry for them they had endured more than us
advice - true story - same guy
He gets beaten up by 3 guys and is in casualty - the triage nurse (a mate of mine) - has told him to wait in the cue ...he starts yelling abuse swearing and generally being obnoxious so my friend gives him the pain relief options
1. panadol
2. suppositry
3. wait for the doctor to get something better
Old mate responds with "I'm not a **** yada yada yada" so nurse gives him a panadol as doctor is busy. Old mate continues to complain to the point where the nurse threatens to call the cops at which point old mate agrees to suppositry.
My friend the nurse delivers his retribution unlubed and with some force
Advice - be friendly - give them some food garaunteed to bung them up and make friends with your local triage nurse - they may not move away...but i asure you, you wont look at them in the same way again
