I've heard about rail tape and blade tape and blade rubbers. I've been trying to get my hands on some tape, but all the shops I've asked haven't stocked any.

Should I go with blade tape or blade rubbers? If I go with one or the other, do I need to go with rail tape as well? Can anyone please recommend a certain brand or type of tape and point me in the right direction to find some?
