Not one competitive windsurfer in Victoria?

Excellent location in Cairns i.e Family friendly but also with a huge party scene,
Perfect sailing conditions...check out the wind graphs,
Well run event...just turn up and sail.
Fantastic time of the year...Middle of winter here, peak season up there,
Cheap: Qantas $169 each way.

Would be great to have Victoria represented. We need someone to knock QLD off the competitive windsurfing hierarchy.
