Point Break 2 is well into filming with Yallingup/Busselton lad Philip Boston directing the 2nd unit (action scenes). They we lucky enough to be in Hawaii on 22 Jan when the huge swell, the largest in four years, rolled in.
Ian Walsh, a big wave rider was double for Bodhi, and jagged a 40' ride.
So even if the film sucks there should be some good wave footage
and if it's half as good as the first one, it'll be well worth a watch.
