Tully's Tunnel Rat Project has been years in the making and finally he's cracked the code! The 4ft 6" Rat is ridiculously small but with Tully's new shape and design local surfers are frothing and commenting how the "Rat" can turn on rail. With some lateral thinking, Tully has incorporated it into a 6ft 10" High-performance SUP T rat and with any luck Tully and myself will have it in the water smashing rail turns and insane fin slides mid next month.
