Ifound it a interesting read ,I've never heard of TRX before looks a good way to train your core and shoulders ,which would reduce injuries and less strain than using weights.Don't get me wrong I'm all for weight training but this would be a good cross training exercise.

It's a free e- book and comes with programs.
