Has anyone got a comment on the use of an IndoBoard to help with core strength, balance etc ?
We bought one ages ago and after using it every second day for a few months, you can FEEL everything working so much better when you are out on your SUP, especially when its bumpy.
I always use hand weights and broom sticks to work the obliques especially, and it has been a huge benefit in SUP mainly but in everything else you do also.
Indoboards are inexpensive, take up an area no bigger than say 2m x 2m to use, and a workout using weights over even just 10 minutes is hard work.
