A few issues with this video. Firstly the mount wasn't set correctly so my sunnies are seen in all the shots. Secondly the GoPro started SoSing on me. I kept filming but back home much of the video was unreadable.

A little googling came up with a solution but one requiring a Windows computer. So transfer files back and forth and the video came good but no sound. However the video was only viewable with VLC. A bit of transfer back and forth using Handbrake brought it into a format readable by iMovie. The downside was the recovery and transfer corrupted a fair bit of the video with much of it lost.

Oh well its a learning process
