Today we paddled down the Yarra through the city to the Boltie Bridge where we waited for Mark Webber to drive his RB7 F1 car over the bridge to the docklands.

We all wore PFD's because we live in the Nanny State.



Tim was on his 14' SurfRace.. Paul was on his K15 and Con was on his 12'6" Pin.



The sun was shining and the water was glassy.. .. and very brown..







It was a very high tide and some bridges were very low to paddle under.

Looking up at those tall.. things.. makes you feel a bit dizzy.

Soon there were helicopters everywhere and they were louder than the F1 car.



We couldn't see a thing so we headed over to the Red Bull area in the Docklands.
