This video has two transitions from upwind to downwind, followed by some slow/long jybes. When I change from upwind to downwind, I first get my weight onto the board by twisting by front foot onto the board and put my foot hard into the rear strap. I have also loosened the rear strap a little to help this. I then do an agressive downloop, that you can see with the first transition. This gives a amazing increase in board speed and is a great feeling. All the jybes on this clip are with downloops. I generally aim the board to follow the kite through the downlooop.
