ok so I know this hasn't much to do with land sailing, wellm it hasn't anything to do with lan sailing but i went to the billy cart/soap box derby in macclesfield on the weekend with a display of 2 land yachts and 2 blokarts, and i was surprised at the amount of interest that we had in what we were doing, to the point that it looks like we have found at least 3 people who had or wanted yachts and to join our merry little band of dirt boat pilots, so all in all it was worth the effort going to the races............now for those that live in South Australia macclesfield is about an hour from Adelaide in the adelaide hills, very nice little hamlett,,......now onto another subject,, while walking around having a look at what was going on i over heard someone saying that there use to be a SOUTH AUSTRALIAN BILLY CART ASSOCATION many years ago, but like a lot of things had folded or disappear over time, now my question is does anyone know anything about the now defunked SA billy cart Assoc and if so would they have a contact that i could speak with regarding the billy carts,,,,
