Other day was water starting (epically overpowered as usual)felt some pain in the arm in this region more underneath the elbow towards the cap on the back side...


So yesterday at work (while using a rattle gun) it all of a sudden
just seemed to hurt i was out for about an hour It felt like my arm was dead.The pain seemed to go away.
So on my days off this morning i attempted to do some work around the house (rendering gates) while i was mixing the render with a shovel in a large container my arm went dead again for an hour. So after about an hour i was ok?
Then at boxing tonight the injury seemed to reoccur. This time my arm felt dead and i was struggling to support the weight of my arm below the elbow joint????. it was shaking and getting painful to the stage where i could barely operate the power steering of my car driving home completely dead. with pain... Anyone else had a similar thing or what?.
