Ulladulla Golf Course is 6 foot - 2 to 3 times my six foot height - and it is begging to be ridden by a good longboard. From the endless possibilities of the Infinity Wagon you pulled up in, what board do you pull out? Dimensions, fin set ups please.

I ask as it is very similar to some waves I pull my longboard on and I am curious what more experienced longboarders would ride on a wave like that and why. I am loving the longboard and I am curious if I really need another one. (Smart comments about never too many need not be included as we all know there are never too many, but do I NEED on?)

One of my favourite people to surf with, and for that matter, just to know, has come to the conclusion that he just can't surf prone any more. He's gone through a heap of medical treatment, physio and every quack remedy there is, and he just can't overcome his neck and shoulder problems.

He's just such a top bloke to have a wave with, MR knows him too, I always look,for,him in the lineup, not having him there will be all wrong.

Anyway, he says he'll give the 666ers a go, I know this is what SMH did, and it seems to work okay.

i don't know if I could do it, LBs are the only thing that have every attracted me to the water.

I thought that as everytime someone pimps a brand or spot or whatever, everyone blows up saying there is no place for it.

So, here you go! A place for it!

looking at getting a new mal ive been looking at the dick van allrounder i love riding the nose and throwing the board round any one ride or rode one what are the like

So I read and watched the thread re: Planing hulls, those young uns on the bits of styrofoam from soft top boards..that led me to look at the other vid shorts by hydronamica about the paipo stand up surfboards (not to be confused with sup as no paddle used)..which then led me onto looking at mini simmons boards and then I found this link which is a company who make larger simmons

There are prob many who shape them but this was the first one I came across. So now I'm thinking my custom I'll get later this year may well be a big bad boy simmons shape just purely cos I prefer the big rounded nose and width. There's just something about the shape I really like? Anyone know much about the paipo or simmons and any experiences surfing them?
