Right after much hunting and frustration I have finally found a Manufacturer and a supplier of 6304-2NSENRC3 20 x 52 x 15 rubber sealed with snap ring groove and snap ring Ball Races. My intent is to machine out my Plastic Rims to suit 52mm bearings with inner and outer spacers, the Snap Rings will act as Flanges. This process should increase (Not necessarily) the width of the Bearing Spacings. This will improve the smoothness and quietness of the wheels.
Any thoughts on this matter??

You want a 6304-2NSENRC3 ( 20 x 52 x 15 rubber sealed with snap ring groove and snap ring ). We have heaps of stock but we are a wholesaler so can i suggest purchasing them through Tas Bearing and Chain in Launceston who are our preferred distributor in Tasmania. If this is inconvenient to you then you could ask the guys at BSC Burnie. These bearings will do 12,000 RPM which should be more than enough to handle your application.
