Hi All, Anyone got any advice/experience on taking a SUP to Rottnest. Getting around on the bus etc. (sup is 7.8ft). Advice on surf breaks where sups are generally accepted. Normally SUP Lancelin, M.River
In the graphs it shows that even on a crappy day for wind, Rotto will still be kicking 15 knots over. I've never been there for kiting and in my visits there I also can't recall seeing a lot of kiters.
How is Rotto for kiting and is there any specific bays that are the best? any reefs and currents that you need to steer clear of?
Get yourself and old windsurfer boom, old steel frame road bike, some bits and bobs and there you have it. A tidy bike trailer for kites, kiteboards and other bulky items.
