Members of Clubs affiliated with Windsurfing Queensland (incorporated) and other enthusiasts of windsurfing in Queensland are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the peak body association; which is an important annual event to support the growth of our sport.

The meeting will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday 20th June 2018, at Moreton Bay Trailer Boat Club, 34 Fairlead Cres Manly QLD 4179.

The agenda will be distributed to delegates with voting rights prior to the meeting, but will broadly be:

Opening of Meeting by the Honorary President/Secretary: Mr Scot Farley

Confirmation of delegates/voting rights by the Honorary Vice President: Miss Shari O'Brien

Confirmation of Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting: Mr Scot Farley

Presentation of Annual Report and Treasurer's Statement by the Honorary Treasurer: Mr Tony Matta

Adoption of Annual Report: by delegate motion

Publicity Report by Committee Members: Messrs Mark Harper and Richard Jack

Election of Office Bearers, AWA rep, and appointment of Auditor: Mr Scot Farley

Determination of Annual Membership Fee to affiliated Clubs: Hon. President
