GW60 Warranty
GW60 wristband broke.Luckily I was on the beach when it fell off my wrist. I bought the watch in July 2017, so still under warranty. I've probably used it 20 times. I've looked after the watch and it's in great condition. No impacts, not even a mark on it.
Photos were sent to Locosys. they said "Since the watch was okay previously, we assume it has been damaged by the user and will not offer a replacement."
I have emailed Locosys in Singapore to see if they'll honour the warranty. Will update when I get a response.

LOCOSYS wil not replace GW-60 broken band
Hi everyone,

Just be aware of that...

After a few emails exchanges and quite some time spent explaining my disappointment, Locosys after sale is claiming that it is impossible to replace the broken band on this model.
I made it clear that I was not asking for a warranty case but was asking to have the watch repaired at my cost. I don't support brand (even if their product is top) that won't assume to repair something that is still fully functional.

Now I am left with a highly polluting rubbish and no possibility to get it fixed.
