finally after 3wks. of no-go due to bad weather and fully booked i finally visited this place a speck of an island right in the middle of nowhere and after 2days and 6hrs. worth of walking in-and-out paths i finally bumped into Ulrich a swiss who sails and lives there part-time looking for the same thing for sailing and quiet relaxation and the paths we had to trek which was peacefully nice we finally decided on this location hidden from even the local teacher who knew most of the place
and is by coincidence beside 'ross' an aussie non-windsurfer but i still have to hear from the owner and his kin where we offered roughly 250aus$ since they have no use for it but rather need land for planting. The back of the beach is also part of the package but i opted to tell Juan the owner that me and Ulrich really don't need it maybe in the future. Another beachfront near the city but a little bit expensive and the flat offshore strip the drop-in local sailors and foreigners do their sailing during the season up to this and past this sandspit ..i haven't met the other 2 since it was off season but me and ulrich share the same-quiet, basic necessities, wifi for him and a retirement place later for me hopefully and enjoy sunset dinners like this
