Hey guys

I repaired the rail of a carbon 14' board about a year ago as someone had screwed straight into the carbon to install a carry handle, which obviously failed.

I used the paint and clear coat in the pics. A short amount of time after drying, like maybe a week or two, the cracks appeared in the paint of clear coat, I can't tell which. I did have the board on the roof racks with straps on probably a little early. Don't know if this caused the cracks.

Might anyone know if there are more suitable paints/coast to use to avoid this if I redo the job?
