So over the years I've tried many times & many things to give up smoking & even recently tried hypnotherapy but I've now found the sure fire way to quit .
Fall off the ladder & shatter both heals so you can't walk & then as there's no smoking in hospital you have to give up .
I'm going to be lying here for a couple of weeks Waiting for the swelling to down before I can have surgery & I'm trying the life of Brian approach and trying to look on the bright side of life
