When I look at them both there the same all thats happened over centuries is silt had come done off the mountains and dropped where the sand is now and then the sea has washed the sane up . Gippsland Lakes should have an another entrance
Maybe down at Lake reeve and pump sand out of the lakes so it could grow fresh shell fish and add commercial real estate and house blocks
