I blew out about 1 metre of seam and bladder on Duotone 6m Slick. Wind actually was too strong at 35 knots! Only have the one wing, so will avoid strong winds in the future. But to get another wing, which are the most durable? What about least durable?

Been happy with the Slick SLS. I've taken them in very high winds and have been happy.
In Victoria, you can cover most of the usable wind range with just 2 wings. Get a smaller wing.
Edit: and the SLS definitely feels like it has more top end than the original slick.
I've beaten on my Slingshot Darts for almost 2 years and they just keep on going. I have 2.5, 3, 4, 4.5m. Only issue was a ripped y-handle on the 3m but was replaced several times by Slingshot. They have amazing customer service and warranty support.
I also have a Slingwing V2 6.4 that has absolutely been through the wringer but just keeps on going. 2 1/2 years old. I've popped the strut bladder a few times but nothing some patching with tear-aid could not fix.

Haha 35 knots on a 6m. What did you expect. Smik and PPC are very durable.
Slingshot Slingwings V3 are some of the most well built for sure and you can use .5 meter wing smaller than other brands.

That's good, I have the V3 6.5 and have been somewhat let down by its floppy handles and loose canopy. To me it's more like a 6.0 or even a 5.5. I mean it has a great tipe end, but I was expecting more from it as a light wind wing.
I'd like to chime in on this with some wonderful first hand experience this afternoon.
Was in 1ft shorebreak trying to make my way out. Maybe 10m off the beach and my G1 recut Wasp popped on the leading edge. annoying.
Went home, raced to another spot, took my 4.8 PPC out. Wayy to big for the conditions, but good for no wind in between 10ft peaks. After 15mins in 30 knot gusts, I was done, totally overpowered and underpowered is a weird combo with huge waves. Started making my way in, got caught in the exact same spot as another rider - He was there earlier and had his leash snap, lost his wing, but safely recovered by another winger.I took 6 massive waves on the head. Managed to duck dive 2, got massively tangled in leg/wing leash and had my Eagle winglets cut my legs up.
Wing survived the lot, even helped me back up to the surface when enjoying the washing machine. Once I managed to unravel and gather my breath, sheeted on, outta there. PPC wings are tough and didn't fault at all.

Plenty of power for me at 90kg and the 6.5 I use in 10-14 knots. There is a hard handle version coming out next March for the dainty wristed 
I'm not sure what you're implying but whatever. I was hoping the handles would have been built properly like on Takuma's Wingride III, they are similar in size but transfer far more pumping energy to the wing.

It was a joke, lighten up mate. I just explained to you that slingshot has fabric, boom and soon hard handles so you can choose what you prefer Anyways the OP was asking about wing build and who is the toughest.

95kg mate uses Slingshot V3 6.5m and up around 10 knots. Looks a monster but he's happy with it.

I've heard that this is basically an updated Reedin SuperwingX. I believe the same design team is involved with Ensis, Takuma, and Reedin. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
That looks like a super cool wing. Stiffness and durability from the xply and hookipa leading edge, lighter weight from the hookipa. I wonder what the weight is like?
Just don't let it flap - without a taffeta the Mylar likes to delam pretty quick. Also keep it out of heat for same issues.
