Looking to get that board at around my bodyweight after my first short season on my 110l naish that i still might keep.
My skill level is that i can foil goofy/regular and gybe heel to toe.
So at the moment im looking at boards around 70L and im aesthetically drawn to boards like the fone rocket S, Gong Lethal and other boards with a thin tail and nose.
I know these boards are made for surfing waves but what about using them as an allaround board?
What will i miss if compared to a more squareish board like the fone-rocket and others that looks more like sleds?

Your bodyweight plus your maximum weight in winter gear is your baseline. As another poster commented, in colder areas people tend to go 10-20 liters above bodyweight to reduce falling in and ease of light wind starting
I started my life on a Gong Lethal 65l for 65kgs so in summer I can stand and ride the board on the sea surface in about 3-4kts but now it's winter I eat more! and with the winter suit I need about 10kts to ride on the surface and have enough pull in the wind wing to not get wiped out by the heavy chop. Guys on bigger flatter boards are getting more wing time than me. However I find this is forcing me to improve my technique and patience so I'm sticking with it for now.
If you go for a bodyweight sized board the door shaped board is easier to get up imo, the chimed board is more fun to bank and carve hard, but an 80-85cms mast and an effective foil paired with a powerful wing and good technique could see you light wind winging in the winter - I guess I enjoy the pain of always just being able to make it, haha
