ENSIS are powerful that's why I use them. Harness helps definitely. also going down in wing size as you are light. maybe 4.2 score or 4.1 spin.

The Scores are indeed very powerful and a reason to love them. A friend of mine is about your weight and sold his 5,2 as he found it useful only in very marginal conditions. Like you he found it to be a handfull once the wind picked up only a little.
At 85 to 90 kilos I have a range of scores from 4.5 down to 2.8 and I don't feel I need any bigger. Frantic pumping gets me on the foil in about 10 knots with a 1500 Fluid XL, one foil size bigger or smaller makes it one knot less or two knots more that I need.
I guess in 13-14 knots a 4m Score would easily be enough for you.

Scores are powerful, just use a smaller size if overpowered. Here's an example of a day where I (72 kg) am using a 3.5, while another guy riding in this clip (85 kg) is happily on a 5.2.

I had used Scores for almost two years (75 kg).

4.0 - a very average wing in 15+ conditions. Duotone's SLSes are much better in strong wind.
5.2 - one of the best wings for light wind from 11 up to 20 knots of base (yep, 20 knots is still ok, stronger gusts fine too)
6.2 - for almost no-wind conditions, 9 knots with my Axis 1050 an from 7 knots with Naish 2000

4.0 and 5.2 have been replaced by Duotone SLSes this year. I still use 6.2. Will get North Pro 7 for the next season in the med.

Thanks all. I see you are against the rest of the opinions. How do you manage to stand 20 knots with the 5,2 at your weight? Smaller foil? Do you inflate it at the lowest limit (6 psi) or less for strong wind? Harness? Are you Arnold Schwarzenegger ?

And regarding the wingspan of the Ensis, my height is 1,70 m and the ensis score 5,2 has around 348 cm wingspan. This disturbs me touching water and board when pumping. Is this normal because of my height or my injured shoulders don't allow me to lift the score higher to prevent dipping it on pumping.
