Hi all,
I have a new Duotone Echo 6m wing with (not carbon) boom.
I have noticed that the back of the boom sinks almost 70 degrees in the water. when this happens almost the whole wing is submerged. This makes it harder to lunch comparing to the wings with an inflatable boom. Have you experienced the same problem and if yes, how do you overcome it?

Buy a pool noodle and cut it to length and then pull the extension out of the boom and slide the noodle over the extension and then slide the extension back into the boom. This will help to keep the wing's clew on the surface. Not perfect but works well.
