Hi everyone, been looking for months for a second hand plate adapter. Anyone have one they want to sell? It's duel US boxes (future box) to deep Tuttle.
I have a Naish 120 crossover and it can do a quad setup but I would really like to see if I can wack a fin in it and do some windsurfing.
Apologies to all as the end result is to windsurf with it but I figure that the best change would come from the winging community.

Well, I've been looking for something which is the other way around, a mount which lets you mount your plate foil in a deep tuttle board. Ofcourse theres the powerplate, but those are mad expensive, and too complicated in my opinion. Also, they dont really seem to allow you to mount the mast right underneath the deeptuttle box. Just a plate with 4 bolt holes and a tuttle head on top of it, how hard can it be. Shouldnt be more than 80$ (which I think is still steep, but taking profit margins into account etc.)

I had thought along those lines but using regular surfing fins.

All up about $100 AUD to get them from china.
I have some very stiff turtle fins and thought it might be easier to go down the single route.
But maybe it might be worth a try for $100.

K4 Scorcher is available at 22cm and not expensive. Although I'd recommend a weed fin so you can get the center of effort further back.
Honestly the board isn't going to plane so just run the quad setup with the biggest you can find.
